So installierst du iCloud Sync auf deinem Mac. Here’s how to install iCloud Sync on your Mac.

1. Oben auf „iCloud Sync laden“ klicken. Dann im Finder den Ordner Downloads öffnen (⌥⌘L): Dort liegt iCloud Sync. Liegt dort stattdessen eine ZIP-Datei „iCloud-Sync …“, sie doppelklicken. Click “Download iCloud Sync” above. Then open your Downloads folder in Finder (⌥⌘L): iCloud Sync is there. If you see a ZIP file “iCloud-Sync …” instead, double-click it.
2. iCloud Sync in den Ordner Programme ziehen und per Doppelklick öffnen. Drag iCloud Sync into your Applications folder and double-click it.
3. Meldet macOS, dass „iCloud Sync“ nicht geöffnet werden kann, auf „Fertig“ klicken (nicht auf „In den Papierkorb legen“). Dann Systemeinstellungen → Datenschutz & Sicherheit öffnen, nach unten zu „Sicherheit“ scrollen und auf „Dennoch öffnen“ klicken. Mit Passwort oder Touch ID bestätigen und in der nächsten Abfrage noch einmal „Dennoch öffnen“ wählen. Das ist nur einmal nötig. If macOS says “iCloud Sync” can’t be opened, click “Done” (not “Move to Trash”). Then open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to “Security” and click “Open Anyway”. Confirm with your password or Touch ID and choose “Open Anyway” once more in the next prompt. You only need to do this once.
4. Ordner wählen – fertig. Die App startet ab jetzt mit dem Mac und meldet neue Versionen selbst. Choose your folders – done. From now on the app starts with your Mac and tells you about new versions itself.

Voraussetzung: iCloud Drive ist eingeschaltet und es ist genug iCloud-Speicher frei. Später öffnest du die App über Spotlight (⌘ Leertaste): „iCloud Sync“. Requirements: iCloud Drive is turned on and you have enough iCloud storage. Later you can open the app via Spotlight (⌘ Space): “iCloud Sync”.
